Our absolutely stunning 'Frozen Blue Ice and Roses' Sweater Dress, by Chiwowow, exclusively at Teacup's Paw Couture, is made for the canine fashion connoisseur!  Inspired by the movie Frozen it is made in an ice blue and silver luxury English cashmere yarn and silk fabric.  It has a gorgeous lace 'tutu' addition to the skirt under a layer of hand knit ruffles.  It is trimmed with gorgeous hand embroidered flowers with a faux peral in the center of each one and hand made silk roses grace the low waist.  Of course there is a stunning oversized signature Chiwowow bow at the neck trimmed in a large Swarovski crystal.  This gorgeous piece will absolutely become a collector's item and is one of a kind.
