Our darling Flamingo Fluff Harness Dress is handmade by Chiwowow and is exclusively available at Teacup's Paw Couture.  Made of soft cotton and trimmed with eyelet lace, pearls and the signature oversized bow, it's the perfect harness for your little diva during summertime.  The closure is made of snaps.  Matching hairbow included. Since this item is hand custom made for each pup, no 2 harnesses are exactly the same making this a one of a kind item.
